I use a Canon SX 120. It is probably one of the best cameras you can get for under $200. They used to be around $240, but now they are only $170-$199 (depending on where you get it), and I got mine for just $140 (it was mislabled as a dif. cam that was $140, so they gave it to me for the price on the lable). I have also heard good things about the Kodak EasyShare Z950 and Z915, which can be even less expensive than the SX120, but I've never used either of them.

Thanks everyone for all the feedback! I'll try to get better shots of the tank when i get a new camera.
