It is amazing how a fishes size can sooth ones appetite in this hobby. Everything else that the fish has to offer is an added bonus. Very sweet find.
It was a long drive but worth it. The last time I visited him late last year, the Dovii was 17". This dovii killed a 15" midas in a 500 gallon tank. You should have seen his collection before. He's the person who brought back Beani's in SOCAL . He's a great guy and hopefully he gets back into the hobby.
