your tank looks awesome. i was wondering what kind of a setup you are running. do you have any powerheads? i also am keeping geos, loaches, and dats together and it seems like the dats prefer slower water. mine are only 2" at this point so that could be it, too. i had been considering black sand in my new setup and seeing your pics just convinced me. are there any special techniques to having a sand substrate vs coarser gravel?
