Happy Ending to Puppies Thrown in River Story

Just like the guy in the video said..."no doubt today someone else is throwing puppies in a river somewhere else. but there's no one there to film it."... We have no problem feeding "pinkies" to all sorts of reptiles and fish, but puppies get a reprieve? What gives? Is all life precious or not? Aaannnnnnddddd..... this is what happens in poor areas all over the world and I don't mean 3rd world type poor. It happens in the US.. it happens and has always happened. meh.. until we get real serious about spay/neuter and we teach children/people "DON'T GET A PET!!(until you've been proven competent, compassionate, and financially able to provide for that pet)" then its gonna keep happening. I don't want more legislation that brings the government into our lives any more than it already is, but I don't know any other way.

I've grown into a much much better and more enlightened pet owner than I was raised to be or have ever truly seen people be back where I'm from. But it was my choice. I probably wouldn't have a pet if I had to go through the legal junk that I'm recommending.

Not saying that the girl is good, bad, or ugly..... Just that she's doing what she's been taught to do. She's treating the lower rungs of life like she's probably been treated and for sure has seen them be treated. Its just a dog. and no one wants them.. and we can't feed them...so what do we do?? kill em...

I've known several several people who've done the same sort of thing. Its not like the were giggling and trying to think up sadistic ways to kill the animals...but it had to be done or they would have just starved.

In conclusion, thtthhehtththhehehthtthehaththtttthhhhhhaaattsss life folks!

Yea size is irrelevant without knowing time frame, the color is the real indicator.

why would she throw them in the river though? didnt she think of contacting a shelter first and at least seeing if they can help?

feel so sorry for those puppies... hope they are the same ones.. but they really didnt look like the ones in that video..

From my understanding she lives in Cambodia or something like that so maybe she couldn't contact a shelter? According to the article though they are prosecuting and some celebrity is willing to pay like $50,000 reward for her prosecution

I can't watch people feed pinkies either, personally. Dogs are a little different than rodents. We've molded dogs for thousands of years to be our companions and protectors. Perhaps its just my entitled westernized thinking but they deserve better than that.

I remember someones else in the first thread said she was laughing, maybe I have a hearing problem but I could not hear her laughing. However to film it and post it... would seem to be bragging about it.

I remember 18 years ago when my dog had puppies I got mad at the dog for leaving the yard and a puppy drowned in the rain water while trying to follow her(it rained for almost 2 weeks and my area tend to build up water quickly). I got so frustrated and wanted them gone(including the mother). I took them to the pound.

I haven't had a dog since. Fish and cats are ok... but dogs are not for me.

just hope that people realise what she's done and do not gloss it over because they think that the puppies have been found and are safe

In the vid, the first throw, she has a smile on her face. Also, she underhand hailmary's one of the puppies and yells "Weeeeeeeee"
