I'm Gonna knock drinking on the head Monday to Thursday and try to miss some whole weekends, drinking every evening is taking its toll...
Possibly try to quit my ecig too.
The body should sorts it's self out when I'm back at work lol... Monday is when the rat race hits home for me uuuuurgg..

I'm dreading Monday too mate straight back on site with loads to do
oh well may aswell get back at it and try and take over the world of decorating in 2016
