Flow was being restricted by completely clogged polishing pads. Pad were replaced and flow is back to normal. I guess my water was really dirty. I replaced the pads with poly batting, filled the entire upper basket.
This exercise has shown me that I meed to come up with different hose to connect the canister to the hard lines. I am currently using the stock hoses because the 1" vinyl I bought was too short. I will buy more hose and try again.
