Harem

I started with a group of6 breidhori in a 6 ft tank, once a pair formed, the pair killed the other 4 and spawned keeping any other fish in a small corner.
So in my experience, breidhori (or any other Vieja I've kept) are not a harem species unless in a proper sized tank, maybe 300 gallons. (mine was a 150gal)

Thanks yeah it's just a pipe dream at this point. I've seen Melanura kept in harems I believe.

what do you guys think about guianacara sp? i have a bunch that i wanted to move to a smaller tank and was thinking about kicking out the males and trying it with the ladies and my nicest male.
