It's a Paraneetroplus cf fenestratus 'Lago Catemaco' female or piebald fenestratus. Here's a pic of mine for comparison. It is as fully colored as it will get, if it's anything like mine. She is 3 years old and her color hasn't changed for at least 2 years. IME, males of this variant turn pretty much entirely white, but the females hold the piebald coloration.

It's interesting to learn that a male Calico Fene can be all white. I have a white Fene that looks exactly like Jim's male Fene, and have been debating whether it is a male or female. It paired up with my male regular colored Fene but never lay eggs, and the reproductive tube looks more like sperm tube than egg tube. So I am leaning towards believing it is a male, but why two males paired up?
