with out going rediculously far south... i have to drive between 2 and 4 hours if i wanted to import rays to either newwark NJ or JFK in NY.... MD has no airport to import cause for me BWI be easier.... its a joke to do in the USA and not cheap like people are thinking

I see what you mean from your perspective. That much of a drive to get to a proper airport would make it untenable at best, not to mention that the two that you mentioned seem to have schedualing delay problems everyday. Not very conducive to health live rays. I see your point.
