Has anyone else ever bought a fish and been dissapointed??

maybe I should just take wood out of tank and then they'll have nowhere to hide! Buying a fish that's misquoted in size would suck! Especially if you have other large fish!
 
my senegal bichir. after i moved him to a larger tank i didnt see him for a week and a half and assumed he had been eaten but just the other day i see him swim out from under a rock to the surface then back down. havent seen him since
 
Give your JD some time. My ebjd is out all the time and always begging. Do you have other fish that might be picking on them and that's why they hide.

I had a medusla pleco. Such a cool looking fish but all it did was poop and hide. So I brought it back.

Haha I wish this worked--my BGK wouldn't stop freaking when I had it in a bare tank so I had to provide spots for it. Can't say I'm disappointed in the knife though, I love that fish! :grinno:
 
stingrays. had motoros retics and leos. they sucked major. there like decorative rocks.
 
i bought a pair of young jd's that where supposed to be breeders but turned out both female. i also bought a clown knife because they where supposed to be aggresive and looked cool. dam think hid all the time untill it was the only fish in the tank minus 2 pictus and 1 bala shark baby. i also hate it when the seller says one size you get to the store and the fish is the wrong size.

it was fun to feed it... other than that... but i did make 60$ off reselling it haha.

I miss my red devil :(

Nope they in a tank all by themselves because I knew they were supposed to be aggresive :grinno: Bloody tank looks empty all the time, andI paid $100 for them too!:screwy:
