Has anyone ever purchased fish from this website?

We placed a order for fish on 07/09/2013 & haven't received them yet. We have tried to get in contact with the owner multiple times but cannot seem to get a response to any emails or phone calls to the number provided on the website.

Payment was sent through google wallet (that is the only option available on the website) & their is no choice under google wallet where we may file a dispute or claim. We plan on giving the seller another week or so to provide us with a update before being forced to file a chargeback.

Our family is wondering if any member has ever ordered from this company before?
 
What is the temp in your area lol it seems like a random question but it says that if it is over 90 degrees some transportation methods will not ship the package
 
actually if the plane/truck stopped somewhere where it is hot they won't ship so it may not be just your area it could be anyway hot lol (assuming temp it the problem)
 
You've waited too long. You don't want to wait past the deadline to file a claim. Most places ship within the week or so. Their prices are high too. Also the page view counter on the site doesn't indicate they are too popular. They should communicate with you if they have to delay the shipment for a reason. Good Luck.
 
Weather is mid 80's during the day & high 70's at night.

A issue with the flight or weather is possible, but the owner or one of the employee's could at least contact the customer to let them know.
It makes us a little nervous that they have had the money for around a month & we haven't received any contact nor tracking information from them.

We just found out from another member that they also sell on ebay (affordablepetsolutionsllc) but have very good feedback.
hmmm.... maybe the orders aren't sending properly on his website but that doesn't explain why he or she never answered the phone or provided us with a call back.
 
actually now that i look at their stock those pictures are from the internet (idk if that matters as they might just have them as a reference) one if the pics is actually from here in one of the vendors threads
 
Sounds way to fishy for me... i would personally just file a charge back and take my money elsewhere... if they can't even reply to a phone call / e-mail, then they shouldn't be in business...

+1 if you read their policy page it repeatedly says (capitalized) that they want to build a life long relationship, and assuming (as stated above) if they aren't that popular they really should be able and willing to answer whenever you try and contact them.

lol or possibly it's according to your fishes life span lol which in this case shouldn't be very long lol. But seriously to the OP hop everything works out, lol try asking before you order though lol
