+1 if you read their policy page it repeatedly says (capitalized) that they want to build a life long relationship, and assuming (as stated above) if they aren't that popular they really should be able and willing to answer whenever you try and contact them.

Thats what i was thinking when i read their policy page as well, then when i read the OP said its been basically a month, then that means theres something thats not right...
