Isn't your tank a 180g go with one black aro and that big wide bar you are looking at is absolutely huge, i just got one from the same guy it makes my 240g feel small .

if you get arrows that are 12inch pus it would be easier to co-hab them also , juvenile stage tend to be most aggressive then they mellow out as they grow, toss some floating wood or plants so they are not always looking at each other. the less they make eye contact the less aggressive they will be.
