Has anyone spawned Ornatum?

Im curious to see who has spawned these badboys:) I dont know of anyone that has. I know they are fairly new to the hobby but im very interested in knowing if anyone has in the past and or has anyone spawned any recently. If so please post pics of them in breeding dress and guarding fry. Thank you
 
My pair is bonded and I think when I move them to their new 265g ill have a chance. Male is 8" female 5.5" I haven't seen any eggs yet but the two stick together like glue. We shall see!
 
Awesome bro! Glad to hear someone's got something going on;) I Might be getting a trio, not sure yet and if i do ill put them to the test as well. can you post some pics of them together? are they showing breeding patterns yet?
 
Thats cool to hear...I have not heard of anything else going on. I have a trio of adults 8-9" that I have divided until I move them into a 125 (55 currently). What did you do to get them to bond...anything special? I have 5 grow outs that I will grow together until 2 pair up but im trying with bigger as well.
 
It doesn't really show much but they move quick! Its hard to capture their intimate behavior they are usually brief about it, almost as if to show affection and then they go back to patrolling with the female following close or side by side

Did Samurai-H ever breed his pair? These are his pics and they look like they could have at least been in breeding colors. Beautiful fish.

Oh wow!! They look amazing:) and I haven't heard if he spawned them. With all the experience in the hobby I would have thought someone would have gotten the job done. I do know theyve been farm bred before but I have a hard time with that being the only way to breed them.
