I recommend using Stability from Seachem, same company that makes prime. Has always done well for me. If your still getting a 0 ammonia and nitrite reading I don't see any reason you need to add bacteria.

Just an update with a growing issue that I'm trying to pin down and take care of, I crashed the BB in the filter after the valves were not opened after a water change, so Ive been watching the levels, after the last 50% water change, tonight I just noticed some white on the back of my female.
I'm doing an emergency water change, as my nitrates were about 20ppm, .25 ammonia, 0 nitrite, pH dropped from 7.0 (the usual) to a staggering 6.0.
Here are some pictures of what I found on here, wanted to see what you guys think.

After the water change, now ammonia is a 0, pH is about 6.5, nitrates at about 10ppm. Almost all of the stuff seen in the pics is gone.
Get a bottle of seachum stability quick time. Just incase. No other bottle of BB does a better job than that.
I added new fish on day 1 after using stability.
U then add recommended dosage for another 6 days.
