I recommend using Stability from Seachem, same company that makes prime. Has always done well for me. If your still getting a 0 ammonia and nitrite reading I don't see any reason you need to add bacteria.
Just an update with a growing issue that I'm trying to pin down and take care of, I crashed the BB in the filter after the valves were not opened after a water change, so Ive been watching the levels, after the last 50% water change, tonight I just noticed some white on the back of my female.
I'm doing an emergency water change, as my nitrates were about 20ppm, .25 ammonia, 0 nitrite, pH dropped from 7.0 (the usual) to a staggering 6.0.
