Has your dog ever saved your other pets?

I got a cat to "protect" the mice in our house.

well way back when i had my cat it was hissing at our back door and we were like wtf is he hissing at so we checked and there was a lost owners dog! i was shocked so we looked at tthe collar after the dog was scared by our cat..anyways the dog lives down the road took it over there and pretty much saved that pets life in a way..but i dont really recall my own being saved but my golden retriever pure bred comes to me when im showing emotion or not feeling well..if that counts and she just lays there at my side..dont wonder i cant resist animals there always good companions for example all these stories imo..

Every time the annoying kitten goes and starts a fight with the older cat, my shepherd will go bounding over to break it up and let her get away quietly.

my dog kills mice...

he does really like cats though never saved one of their lives but when one of the cats got lost he brought it back

we used to have this tiny cat we called moose. she used to lay on her back and clean off my pups beard (pomeranions gots the beards) and she would lay right next to him and purr. if you bent down she would jump on your shoulder. weird cat...

My old dog Sadie licked one of my koa fish that jumped out of it's tank. It lived with 8 months after wards

Our dogs have saved us many a time from agressive poisonous snakes.
Sometimes the dogs get away with it and sometimes not.
