Hatching days at different temperatures...

My 2 batches of texas hybrids hatch in about 48 hours with my water temp at 84F.

Whoa are you guys talking about calicos?! I want some too! I think I have 3 males so that project is going no where.

I will give them away to MFK members. Promised 10 to doomie already. I only need you to pay for shipping. Right now I only have two styro/box sets though so doomie and one other person. Does anyone know where I can buy the styros and matching boxes really cheap? Then I'd be able to send to more peeps. I will do Priority shipping rather than overnight which is usually 50 bucks whereas priority is only 18 bucks. Convicts should be able to handle it in the spring when all you Northerners (Winter is coming!!!) will be warmer as I don't have heat packs either. This will be my first attempt at shipping. What better fish to experiment on than convicts, ""the indestructible fish""!!!
 
Try aqua bid and Petco. I used to wait till Wednesdays and ask for the sergeant farm boxes they get their fish in.

You must mean "Seagrest Farms", a well known wholesaler in Florida but they don't farm that much of their own stuff anymore. Sure a little bit, but mostly buy from other farms and reship.

Yeah that's what ment lol. I used to use the boxes for the styro. I would just ask for the boxes before they throw em out.
