so far its workin out well, they both are growing. Wish i had a anti snail lilypad tho, the turtles love to hide underthem, now there all holy lol

A little fertilizer tab might push a lot of new growth on the lillies and keep the grazing unnoticable. I take Hyacinth and Lettuce out of my pond and put it in my turtle tank, he loves them.

Aren't we trying to get rid of fert's not add them.

He said he's using a UV, so a little boost shouldn't hurt. The fert tabs will supply some micro as well as marco nutrients that the plants may need. If he had pea soup, I would not recomend ferts.
