Have new stingray. What type is it?

SO I bought my new tank home, it's a 180 gallon. Came suited with fish and a stingray which caught my eye. I purchased the tank immediatly. I read literature for about a week, and then brought me newly aquainted friends home. Apparently my ray is a "teacup" from the man who sold me the tank, but it sure as heck isnt a baby, and as I've read, "teacup" refers to smaller, younger rays. So, therefore I am stuck here asking advice, and perhaps an I.D for my little fella!
 
KINDA LOOKS LIKE A RETIC...., BUT THE WHITE RING ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DISK MAKES ME THINK IT IS A CASTEXI..... WHICH WILL GET VERY BIG....

That pim might be a bit aggressive for the ray.. big eater, too..
