Usually not a problem in any case I've seen. As long as there's no stray current and the water isn't collecting anywhere, it seems to be fine. For me. So far. Happens to most my my old ebo-jagers.
 
I don't use heaters
and it makes me very nervous
 
Update: Still has not blown up yet
 
I have the same thing!

I had to put my heaters on for an ich outbreak and I noticed there are little drops of water collecting on the inside
 
Mine have had condensation in them on and off for years. No failures yet and no ill effects with the fish to include the fry tanks which are pretty sensitive.
