I quit growing at 14 @ 6'8 3/4" & a whopping 160 lbs. I managed to put on another 100 lb in the past 42 years, though. My dr says I should get back to that weight. Ha!

I hit 5'5 at 13 and liked it sooo much i stayed there. Ben nearly 10 years since any growing, well hight wuse anyway

Beat ya. I hit 5'6" at 13 and stopped.....43 now.....don't see any further growth happening haha

You do realize that with great height comes physical issues as you get older......just physics and gravity doing its thing. If I could pick a height, it would be 5'9"

I was only 5'8" at 16. Then hit around 6'2" by the time I was 18. Now I'm 6'5" at the age of 22. I feel like I may still be growing.

Back problem are almost an automatic issue. Hip and knee joint issues are likely. FYI, I work in the medical field.

Don't bother with hanging exercises....its all about genetics (and adequate nutrition)
