How do I move my mollies without killing them? We have to be out of this suite by the end of february and will be having to move my fish. We havent found a place yet but are looking since we only found out today about it being sold. What will be the best way to transport them into the new place once we find one? :1zhelp:

5 gallon buckets for the fish....with battery powered bubble makers....... prime for the fresh water, and maybe some stress coat!!:)

If it is long distance, put them in a cooler, get a dc/ac power inverter for your car plug in, and you are good.

would a fridge work that has a dc/ac power converter work as well? I have one of those small fridges that can covert.

edit: and how would I put them in there, clear sandwich bags like they came from the store or not?

each fish in their own bucket or is one good enough?

If all you have are mollies, then one bucket is sufficient...........How far is this move??????

if less than a few hrs buckets are fine:)

not sure how far the move is. We are still deciding where to live. maybe planning on purchasing a unit in our building. so im hoping not that far.

O.K...........either way...........if the move is less then a few hrs........buckets are fine...............a little longer....like i said add a air bubbler.............and if your going for days.......pray and find a LFS that has o2 to bag you fish!!!!:D

good luck:)
