Daves is some good stuff espescially the hurtin habenero. I use the insanity only for idiots that say they can take anything.
HH is very good. Orange Krush is another good habanero sauce and the best part is that it doesn't use extracts. It's around 10,000 scoville units. People have no idea how hot things can actually get, which is what you were eluding to. Dave's Insanity is around 50,000 and most people can't take that and it's nowhere near the top of the list. Ultimate insanity is still even below 100,000. I can't find what the rating of Dave's Ghost Pepper is, but I know the Private Reserve is 500,000.

Just to put it in perspective a little, original Tabasco is about 2,500 and Frank's Red Hot is about 2000. The hottest that isn't pure capsaicin crystals (17 million) is about 7 million (at least that I can find). Most people can't even take once tiny crystal mixed in a whole pot of soup.

I went to Jamaica about 4 years ago and fell in love with Grace hot sauce. It's in pretty much every store there, but around here I could only find it a Meijer, but now I'm out and can't find it anymore.

There is a certain hot sauce, I believe it is called "The Source", that is known to be the hottest of all hot sauces.

I think it was said that a couple of drops is enough for five pots of chile.

I love hot sauce. I put it on pizza, eggs, sandwiches, noodles, and etc.

I normally stick to the more common brands. Mainly Tabasco or Cholula.

ive got a SRIRACHA thai chilli and garlic sauce from the specialist section in the shop. i can take some heat and like to cook a steak with chillis and garlic and chilli in a lot of my food but this stuff is rocket fuel. its so hot i cant think of anything i can use the small amount i can handle in/on.

With hawt sauce, it goes in this order:

1) Endorphine Rush
2) Siracha (or however you spell it lol)
3) Da bomb final answer

The Source is only 7 million SU. Blair's 16 million reserve (though technically not a sauce, or even liquid for that matter) is the hottest.

firegirl.com still sells the source.

honestly ive never been a "hot" fan...but my friend got me addicted to eating fries with the mcdonald's hot sauce.:D

I also have this stuff from the Yucatan that's pure habanero. It'll kick your butt.
