I've had Stingray. Kinda weird feeling in your mouth. Imagine the feel of fish meat crossed with soft chewy bubble gum.

if u come down here... i'll make u our local speciality... spicy barbecued stingray...

channel cats YUM YUM YUM. my favorite freshwater fish to eat period. cooked the right way it is some of the best meat ive ever ate. i would wait till its big enough to put a bulge in my belly then it would be lights out

Catfish make for awesome eatin. Their fat belly is just so yummy when fried.

hahahahah. its the truth. and listen people all of these fish were seen as food long before they were ever considered for the aquarium hobby. large fish=lots of food. lots of food=full bellies. full bellies=happy people. happy people=happy people and who can argue against that.
