I grabbed a 10 inch Black piranha from my fish store that was brought in by an owner that obviously has him looking battled scarred. Fins are needing repair , head has some wombs. Any advice on getting him repaired as much as I can. I feel like I rescued him plus he was in a small 20 gallon . He is now in a 90 for now
Thanks

The Black piranha showing signs of hole in the head disease but other than that looks pretty healthy.
Keep water in pristine condition and stay consistent with water changes. The fins should get better with time.

Try to keep Nitrate level below 5 to keep hith from getting worse.
