Just to let everybody know. I consider myself to be a pretty healthy guy. I try not to load up on fried foods and high fat foods. I lift weights and run 5 days a week.
My brother on the other hand is a complete health fanatic. He and his gf take a healthy heart lifestyle to the next level. Everyday they wake up at 5 am and have a 100% egg white scramble. No salt no pepper No seasoning period! They wash it down with a protien shake then they go to the gym and workout for 2 hours. Then its off to work were they snack of steamed broccoli and protien bars. Four lunch they have steamed fish on pita bread. No mayo or mustard. For dinner its usually steamed fish,chicken or beef. With steamed rice and vegetables.
He has tried to get me on this diet but I refuse to give up my lays lol.
So I was wondering are there any other health nuts on here?
