When I lost the 70lbs I was on a scedual much like your bros.

Everything was pre made and the grams were calculated.

To be honest, I felt much better and looked much better. Now I just watch my weight and stay away from highfat and high carb goods.

60% protein 30% carbohydrates 10% fat.

I lift weights 4 times a week or try to if I'm killed from working. I hate cardio though. It was always boring.

hmmm....does anyone think 7+hrs a day working out is too much?? Some of you know what I look like now...not fat but.... Picture me at 145# with a much larger upper body. work out that much and you get down to 4 percent body fat also...getting toward dangerously low. Any way you look at it, the no carb, or no protein diet is a failure waiting to happen later. you HAVE to balance things....the amino acids in protiens are the lifeline for muscle....the carbs have to be there for the burn, hell even the fat has to be there to maintain a high enough lipid level for your brain mostly and rest of your organs...don't laugh....and your fingernails and hair. Things will break down when you take something necessary away from your body. If it runs from you, eat it! If it's green and is attaching something colorful, eat it! Notice beef stares at you, but a deer/venison runs.....The cholesteral levels, High density lipids and low den. lip. are completely the opposite with beef and venison. Anyone catching my point here?? You just have to pick the right stuff. Eat what you want just know what it is first. Have a bag of lays, just don't hog out on all the fatty crap throughout the day. Spices and fresh foods are the way....can't beat it. Health nut no.....happy but still healthy with just being concious of wtf goes in my mouth....yes:)

At the gym I usually bench press, close grip bench press, squat, hang clean, and arm and leg curls. And sometimes I do hammer curls...

I have a good frame..I am about 6' 3.5" 230 lbs..
