Heater for 125 gallon tank

I just hooked a hose up to the sink and put that in there I think sink water was at 80% current temp of my tank is 74% so i don't know why it's not going up the heater fills like 86% when I pull it out of the water

Ok jest went to allfish emporium spoke with a guy there about my problem. He told me my FX5 is circulating water so quickly it doesn't have time to heat up. He recommended a heater at both sides

I run dual heaters on all my tanks, if the tank size calls for 250 watts I use 2 - 200 watt heaters incase of failure they won't freeze or fry
