Heater

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have one of those...they require a seperate controler to work. The controler on ours failed ater about a year. Personally I'd much rather spend the money on a good in'line heater and keep it out of the tank alltogether.

^ lol 3 out of ten
actually for that price it doesnt really matter if they last long <100$ for 800w is pretty good even if it is for 6 months
although if u can go with something of better quality

i got a titanium heater that came with my tank and it didnt work. the guy i got the setup from said it worked when it was setup, which was only about a month before that. they are junk in my opinion

I agree.....they are junk. We went through 4 controllers. All cracked in under two months and stopped working. We switched to Bio-Therm's by Aqua medic. A little more expensive, but they've been running over a year with no problems. We've got the Bio-Therms on our online store if you can't find them locally.
