The finnex titanium failed on me after 1 year as well which sucked. I love all of my other finnex products.

Since you already have the controller why not just order some new titanium heating elements? They're like 40-50 bucks on the bay.

I dont know if i want to do titanium heaters as the ones i had (catalina) were supose to be good heaters..... as of now still looking around thanks for the suggestions boyz

Is your tank anywhere near your hot water heater? For my system I'm taping into that and doing a loop. When the water temp gets too low it turns on a pump that cycles water through a pex coil in my sump, then back in the drain in the hot water heater. I should have it done being set up tonight. It cost me about $250 to get set up, but it'll easily heat my 2000 gal of water and cost a lot less to run than a bunch of heaters. Only really effective if you are on gas though.

Or there are some enormous heaters out there, I have a 1250 watt and a 2000 watt heater that I decided against using, the larger one pulls something like 16 amps when it kicks on.
