yep the heater in my 29 is identical in design to yours (its a marineland) and it also has this line been running for over 4 years underwater with no issues

I bought that heater 6 years ago and it still works.
I do however have a complaint about it. After ONLY about 3 months, the black paint on the glass of the heater all came off. Yes all of it.
