300 watt heater minimum to heat the tank. Or 2- 200watt for more stable heat.

Depends on the type you have. My eheim jager heaters can heat much larger volumes of water than stealth heaters. 1 jager 200 or 250, and a 100 will be more than enough. I've run a 135 on one jager 200 and was easily able to maintain a temperature of 82dF.

I use 2, 250w invisitherms on my 125. It's always best to use the 2-heater method. If one fails, it won't boil your tank or freeze your tank.
