Hi mate i have my 6x2x2 in a putbuilding connected to my house it gets very cold so i have 2 300watt heaters, and lots of insulation, but if its indoors you should be fine with a single 300watt.
Heating for a 6 X 2 X 2 tank 150 gal

ya I noticed that after I replied. So what heaters did you end up going with?I guess old post never die, even though they get burried. Eventually a newbie will come along and dig them up.
