Make a wet/dry and under the filter put a water bed heater with insulation. set it on 86* put the insulator around the heater. AND BAM! your water will be 80-82*

not necessarily. illinois is a pretty cold state around this time of the year and might require a lil more then jus turning the dial to 86 to compensate for 80-82*.... i live in cali, and during the summer i only needed a 150watt heater set at half its power and my temps were at 83* the whole summer. winter hit and i had to max it out and it was still in the 78*ish area. had to add a second 150watt heater and max both out jus to get it to 81*. illinois is colder then cali
