That's usually the case in a severely overstocked tank. Feed heavy, clean often, and will always be at least 1 water change behind.

death stalker my advice to you is to rehome the majority of those fish. Even if you are willing to do 50% water changes daily I do not think it will be enough to keep up with the bioload. A 125 is too small for half of the fish you already have in there Wish you the best with whatever direction you decide to go.
