u werent supposed too im pretty sure. 90% sure they illegal

edit* yes they r. used to be able to own them if they were in the state before the ban, and could even buy them from a breeder in PA but thanks to smugglers, PA game commission feels that all hedgehogs are illegaly imported and no matter the documentation its illegal to own
