Henlii spots tend to be yellowish and they often have small spots around their disc margin that will also appear around the edge of the underside a little, often they will have large spots and some small spots.
Leos spots tend to be white and regular and more left/right symetrical and no spots at all under the disc.
Leos also often grow a little bigger than henlii.

Really? I always thought Henlei grew bigger than Leos

Well the stingray king (David) has me questioning it again.

Here are some pics from the guy I bought them from. Still trying to determine whether, they are Leos/Henlei or some sort of Brazillian hybrid. Doesn't really matter, however thought it would be fun

They came from different sources 3.5 years ago however supposed to be from Below water.

My other pair (for sure henlei) have much yellower spots.

Thats the thing about Black rays.. if they are Henlei it is not like I will feel like a got a raw deal!

I think this purchase just got better.

I have been away for 5 days and returned last night to find a lump in the female. Due to loss of weight while I was away it was quite apparent. Looks like a ball on her right side at the right. Time will tell as maybe it is a tumor.. :D but I doubt it.
