HEEEELP! My Flowerhorn has a "Prolapse"

Kidding on, in regards to the fish; hope somebody takes her that doesn't mind the aesthetic slight
Haii .. i had came to see a picture of your flowerhorn with sone red things hanging from its stomach.
my fish have not taken food for last 6 days and have white things coming from stomach. Its stomach seems little bumpy and i slowly messaged its stomach and a white mucus type thing got discharged. and now i can see some red thing hanging as you can see in this picture. Please help of anyone knows what to do

It's prolapse and your fish may have internal parasites. I suggest you use epsom salt and Metronidazole. Other meds may be better than metro but assuming by your name you seem to be from India and if that's the case metro is the best med you can use for your fish.
Switch off the light and try to keep the fish stress free. If you can source it locally you can use " Worm - out " Medicine by aquatic remedies to treat your fish . Good luck. ?

Any One of these, Use them as per dose printed on box. Don't massage the fish, it can cause more damage
Dose some pure and unscented epsom salt to the tank at 1 tbsp per 5g. Feed pellets soaked in epsom salt solution. Keep nitrates below 20ppm.
I put epsom salt and the hanging red thing got back to to its inside. But palet is not taking and i feed it with a live fish and ate it. So do it have still parasite in it ? Because when i go to a shop near by they said like when they have worms inside their stomach it wont take food as these worms will be full in its stomach. If they ate the fish don't give metroplus medicine. Now i am really in confusion what exactly the problem is and what should i do ?
