What my boy is saying is that when the channa is fried up it tastes good with Heinz 57 sauce and on the side some tomatoes, onions, cilantro and some patis.

Pare ko, you read my mind?... that is exactly what I was trying to say! Also like to have some Shanghai Lumpia appetizers on the side, an Ice-cold San Miguel cerveza, and if still have room, a tall glass of Halo-halo!! :cheers:
