Awesome! I started almost the exact same way! Had a 55 and stocked with community fish and then instantly was hooked. Went from 7 or so smaller tanks to just one 180 gallon to take away on maintenance looks. Like someone said people will say your overstocked which most likely you are ;) but if there still young you will have a little bit of time! We were all over stocked at one point.

agreed, i started with a 10g tank with an Oscar and a bulls eye cat fish. soon found out that was not going to work, and led to the 40g. well that was not going to work long and led to the 75g. again that was not going to work long with the pleco addition and got the 95g, well that was not going to work long either, so now have the 180, the 95 the 75 and the 40 all going. I be-leave the disorder is called MTS (multiple tank syndrome).
 
here is the 75 Gal and the Oscar he was sold to me as Albino but from i read I don't think that's the case... maybe u al can let me know for sure...
