Hello,
my name is Matt and i a m a new monster fish keeper and may i say addict? i am hooked. i started wit a one gallon tank with a beta and jumped to a 55 gallon with Oscars sharks, parrots, and eels that is incredible i have the hole family support as well, my children are one and a half and four and they love collecting fish with me and my wife who i let decorate the tank with my descression is very interested herself. it makes for a great hobbies for me as well as the family too. this weekend i am going huge. i will be picking up a 180 gallon and setting it up where the 55 is because of the amount of fish both size and population and i honestly plan on getting a custom tank in the future for them all after that. considering that all the species i have listed will grow huge and live long happy lives here i feel it nessessary to make the as great of a home as we all share as part of the family. i have to say also i have never seen more personality in a fish as my Oscars have. they know exactly who to bother for food and are generally happy to see us as we aproch the tank. i look forward to learning more from all on this site as the years go on and will be asking lots of questions as im sure i will advance. thanks again
