I'd love to do clown leaches but have a crazy fear of them getting ick, seems like they always have ick at the local stores when I'm shopping.

I had UV from day one. Fifteen years of keeping them and not a single case of ich.

Oh no. I have my water at 30deg/86f all the time. I also use a uv globe in my filters. I haven’t had ick. I up the air as well but it seems normal for the tank this size.

I do run a UV on my tank as well, maybe I will just quarantine a bunch for a month and try dropping them into the mix
