Hello from Brighton, MI

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
it may be a while. I'm still in planning stage and it looks like I have to reinforce my floor in the tank location. I'm on a crawlspace and I didn't think about this when I built the house last year. So, now I need to allow for the 1200# concentrated load in an area not particularly designed for it. Minor problem, but when building a budget for a tank, it's one that needs serious consideration.

As they say....good things come to those who wait. I just hate the waiting part.

Thats okay ,... theres alot that goes into a planned mbuna tank... and now you will have that advantage...first learn about all the species you want...choose their tankmates to make sure they get along long term... and how big they will be .. and how many you should stock...etc etc.. oh theres lots to talk about.. so that is good...

I sent you the Oyers phone number.

Also think about signing up for MittenStateCichlids.com. It's the local fresh water cichlid forum.

I'll check it out. Thanks for the info. Much appreciated.
