A great big hello form Monterey, Indiana

I just caught my first Big fish 4 days ago.
I was out fishing and caught an OSCAR. Somy family and I decied to keep him.
I have been on oscarfish.com and one of the members suggested to come to this sight and check out the info here.

So i llok forward and talking with all of you.

Welcome! Did you really catch an OSCAR? It's unfortunate that people dump fish like that, but it's fortunate that you are taking care of it. Glad to have you! PS, you will find many members from Indiana here.

wow thanks for the picture.. what a beautiful fish .. sounds like a miracle that you caught it... i cannot believe some one would dump that beautiful fish.. great save is right!!!!!:headbang2
 
Can they make it through an Indiana winter?

Now if I can only find a lake in Indiana with some African fish in it.
