Heyyy! Im from Belfast Love your tank..I would recommend a small shoal of uaru (pronaunced waru...I think..) for your tank...Altough they could damage the plants..And they arent that colourful..They are awsome though

Maybe a shoal of mixed rainbowfish? You could have Reds, Bosemanis, lake kutubus, Parkonsoni and most..If not all other species of rainbows

Thanks every1! Alex i have 4 Red line torpedo barbs.. 1 is 5" the other three are 2"! they are very expensive and quite sensitive to water conditions... I think a 6" one sells at 120 euro!!!! Thanks for suggestions... if i was to add fish i would deff get rainbows!!!

i have fought of some tetra you may like they are:
congo tetra
also i have fought you may like golden gouramis or opaline gouramis

Heres one Can you suggest a good addition to my tank that would bring a good bit of colour and get on with current fish! soo far im thinking congo tetras or a shoal of rainbow fish..

I was thinking of Gold gourami... Iv kept gouramis b4 and i dont really like em.. there either shy or just pricks hehe... they do look lovely though!!!!

Yeah once i get a job ill prob get a shoal of congo tetras or a shoal of Rainbows or both hehe... only thing is they are pretty expensive here! hopefully im gettin call for interview in next few days!!

if you dont like them dont get them.
why are fish so expensive in ireland in bristol they are relatively cheap u could also think about getting a parrot fish.

well i have noticed a little drop in prices due to are little reccession still pretty expensive though... Everything is expensive here

Im not lookin for anymore large fish anything above 4-5"... just a shoal of smaller fish with colour that wont be eatin by my Bichir....(Prob eat anyting below 2-2.5") Rainbow fish and congo tetras seem to be my only option..? and best option..

there maybe more fish out there you may like just search around abit i think you should definitely get a shoal of rainbows. do you look in different shops or just the local ones

yeah i Travel outside Dublin to a FS thats very good,,, go to local ones for food ect... Iv reseached alot... and i cant find any other medium sized shoaling fish That have nice colouration! Rainbow fish it is!!!!!
