Hey guys I just signed up and wanted to say Hi. Currently I have a 125 gallon tank with a colony of moba front's and a few large bichir. This site looks amazing and I cant wait to get my teeth into some of the articles and posting. Im lucky enough to live about a half hour from the shark aquarium in Hillside NJ, and its one of my favorite gawking grounds. Anyway, I will keep this short, if any of you guys know any other shops hear in Jersey worth checking out I would love to hear about them.

Thanks for the read guys,
Dave

Welcome to the forum Dave. Yes. The shark aquarium is "AWESOME"!!! The tigrinus they have are beautiful and reasonably priced, plus, they get alot of "hard to find" fish. They actually take their own "explorations" to South America to "net their own" fish.

You might also want to check out "Animals and Things" out on Rte 1. in Woodbridge. Short of mail-order (i.e. the internet), you can't beat their prices or extremely broad inventory on "equipment". They have a wider selection of "common" fish then the Shark Aquarium, but, not nearly as exotic. If you are a "saltie", however, then "Animals and Things" is (IMHO) much better.

Welcome bro. I am down in AC. headed to Plainfield tomorrow to pick up a flowerhorn.

welcome, just pick up a trio of kruassi cichlids from shark aquarium a few weeks ago.
