If they were both female wouldnt they both lay eggs ? I did hear that if you have 2 females that one of them would act like the male. Is there any way to know 100% what they are ?

I was just thinking that maybe you aren't actually seeing them both lay the eggs.
It's not uncommon for angels to lay eggs with no males in the tank. So in this case it might hold true that they are both females and only one is laying the eggs.

The place where the eggs come out ( sorry for the non-proper terminology ) is different from one another. The one i believe to be female has a much larger protrusion than the other. It looks like they are about to lay again, and of all places there cleaning the heck out of my MAG FLOAT. I also cut some fabric to cover up around the tank. Try to give them some privacy. Its no big deal im just happy to have some others to discuss this issue. Maybe the conditions just aren't right yet.
