so i went over to my tank and looked in it and noticed that my expensive (well at least to me ) african butterfly fish is no longer in the tank :swear:

i freaked and though it jumped out cause that what they do they are escape artist so i tore my room apart looking for it and remembered that
i was cleaning my filter and you know the filter tube that stick in to the water
well i left the little tip off of it and put it back into the tank no thinking about the little tip
so i took the tube out off the filter and felt something moveing around:jaw: -
my fish and it was way up in the tube and i could get it out
finaly i cover the adjust ment know and blow in at the end where it head was and it got out finally thank god

thank god so far its ok hopefully it will stay alive
 
man that could have really sucked I left the screen off one of my intake tubes for a canister filter and put 36 feeders in the tank and when I looked in the tank a few hrs late there were no feeders after looking close I realized that I had 36 feeders in my canister filter not cool
 
I KNOW it sucks its doing ok so far
 
that was close.
but mike thats pretty funny.
 
he is like 3inch maybe and the intAKE IS 1/2 INCH
 
the dumbest thing i did was had a silver aro in a tank with no top for a few months then was shocked that it jumped out...i kept saying i'll do it tomarrow...it lived, glad your fish is ok...
 
good thing its still alive or that would have suck really bad. hope youve learned from the lesson ;)
 
they are realy sweet fish
