you will need to read that... your tank is too small and underfiltered.... you will need to upgrade tank and filtration...

Now i feel like a really mean person. at least i tought i did a lot of research before buying him, i had no idea i would need a 300-500g tank for a freshwater stingray. until now i have never had any problems.

at first when i noticed the indent between his eyes, i thought he might have swam up behind the heater. i thought maybe it was making it hard for him to swallow or eat?

tank is 80 gallons

chronic stress/stunted growth

could have a bad case of internal parasites and simply has no room left for food with a stomach full of nemotodes

the dent in its head is from malnutrition
