i wouldnt worry to much about the welcome you received to be honest... being monsterfishkeepers everyone is hung up with having a 1000+ gallon tank...
you will need to sort something out with that redtailcat at some point as they are beasts (im sure you can send him back to the shop if all else fails)

Anyways back to why you and we are all here... we love fishies! nice tank and good looking oscar

Thanks Twicksisted. I was really starting to get upset about this problem. I know I have been looking around and I got a baby fish tank compared to everyone here. I'll get a huge one someday! Thanks for the oscar comment, I think they are pretty neat fish!

Keep in mind that when he gets a foot or more long, people may not want him as much, babies are more desirable. Also these guys grow much faster than oscar, about 2-3" a month if fed properly.
